This problem in print occurs only in chrome. I have been reported by several site visitors about this. This grid has a very large image and title spacing. I’ve cleared the cache and the problem persists only in chrome. Do you know how to solve it?
Hi,
That would be block 25, it should look like this
– https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/block-25/
First I thought the image you used as featured was small, but for me the same image allow the creation of the proper thumbnail
– http://prntscr.com/kq2nvw
Try to install the force regenerate plugin and regenerate that thumbnail

Then check if the issue is solved, maybe clear the cache after regenerating.
All right, I’m going to install this plugin. But I already made several articles and I have regenerated the thumbnails several times and that did not solve. Any article that you write and appear on that grid location has this problem. I will install the plugin now and give you feedback
You’re done here. But honestly it can not be thumbnail because in firefox it works normally. Could not it be some bug?
The website looks like this at the moment – http://prntscr.com/kqctg0
Seems the mobile theme is displayed on desktop. In previous similar cases this was caused by the caching used. We recommend the WP super cache if possible, this will not cause problems with the mobile theme plugin.
To quickly fix it deactivate either the mobile theme or the caching.
I’ve already been deactivated for 30 minutes. And yet the problem persists. Your print is not displayed to me on my desktop or mobile phone.
And the chrome-only spacing problem occurs the same way, after deactivating the plugin.
Now the website is fixed – http://prntscr.com/kqg6vy
The thumbnail is still the same incorrect. it should be like this

In your case a thumbnail is still not created properly for some reason

What is unusual is that the other thumbnails are created as they should, only this one has the problem.
Did it happen before when a different post was displayed in the block? What happens if you add the same block in a new page, does it look alright?
I could give you a code as a quick fix – https://www.screencast.com/t/eKRDo10Dfb6
Enter it in the theme panel custom CSS section
@media (min-width: 767px) {
.td_block_25 .td_module_mx17 img {
height: 455px;
}}
What is it? In others they do not occur because they are different. I already removed the cache plugin, but I re-created it as a minituarass, I already reduced the size of the image and increased it. I do not know. I have no options.
Seems you used the code and it works. Try as a test to remove it, seems the module looks alright without it now

Maybe the issue happened only with that post and that image.
If taking out the css code really does not work. I’ll leave it for now. But this is something to correct in future updates.
