Grids not showing all the images/items

Hi,

I installed the latest version of the theme and it installed okay but for some reason I cannot see all of the items in the grid elements. I changed from grid 1 to 8 and all of them there is something missing. like in grid 6, the article and image on the left side of the big image is not there.

What could be causing this problem?

Hi,

If you are having problems with the thumbnails on blocks, try deactivating all the plugins except Visual composer, and use this guide to regenerate your thumbnails – https://forum.tagdiv.com/thumbnails-fix-strange-looking-images-on-blocks/ Then clear your cache and purge cdn files if you use it.

Thank you Simion, it was due to not showing feature image placeholder… Post didn’t have any image so when placed on big grid it shows no image…
