Dear author,
I have been enjoying the theme very much so far. But there’s one problem: guest author.
My blog has many guest authors, and creating username for each is not feasible. I understand that ‘guest author’ feature is not within the theme, but I’d like to know if you could suggest some custom coding. No plugins have worked flawlessly, as many replaced the name of the author in a single post, but also replaced all author names one the sidebar, etc. Ideally, I’d like to keep using the User for some posts, and custom author for other. However, if it be easier to just remove the use of User and author box, for the sake of flexibility of custom authorship, I will be happy to do so.

Hi,
The theme uses the default user roles of WordPress and how they are defined. There are no modifications by the theme in this regard, including the author of a post and default WordPress behavior. You can only use plugins that have the capabilities that you require, maybe you can find one that will work properly for you.
You can always search for similar topics here on the forum, maybe you will find some useful advice or solutions from other users.

I am facing the same issue. My site has many guest contributors and assigning each of them as user is not possible. Some people just mail the stories and some send by hard copy manuscripts. Will you please guide me how to solve the issue

In the theme posts are meant to be created and published manually by an user that has this capability, by user role. So users have to login and according to their role create/publish/edit/submit for approval etc the posts.
There is no other way or system using theme options. Sorry if this is an inconvenience for you, but this would only be possible if you can find a plugin maybe, that has options like this and works with the theme.
