After updating the latest Version: 12.6.9 , There is an issue that whenever someone submitting the guest post, the progress bar running continuously while the post received but at the frontend not showing confirmation, When I revert to Version: 12.6.8 then it is working fine. Please guide what to do and how to resolve this.

Yes. There’s a bug in the new version of the theme. We will solve it as soon as possible. In the meantime, you can let the previous version that is working.
