Gutenberg is gone

Gutenberg is gone for me. My posts look like

<h2>...asdasd...</h2>
<!-- /wp:heading -->

in the backend.

Newspaper 9.6
Wordpress 5.1.1

Any help?

Are you using the classic editor plugin included with WordPress 5 ?
If you have that set to on, then Gutenberg won’t load.
