I want to create a new post category.
I don’t need the sidebars, the global settings…just a white paper, which is editable by
gutenberg or default post editor.
How can I do it?

Create a new post from here: https://prnt.sc/_0IupO98goh2 and assign a category for it in the Gutenberg settings.

I have a global settings : Single Template – Pulses PRO
It looks nice I can edit everything….the single post layout, the main site the sidebars.
This is my global template. I created a blank template in this section (WordPress Templates/Single templates).
If I create a new post and publish it with my blank templates it does not show the guttenberg text elements.
Where is the mistake? 🙂

Yes, because you need to design that blank page in the tagdiv Composer and add the element Single Content in order to display the content created in Gutenberg.
