I’ve been used to the classic editor on my previous site. Had a few questions on this:
# Can I download the classic editor plugin. Would there be a conflict with the existing plugins? What editor do you recommend I should use with the pro demo theme
# Tried changing heading tags for posts under Gutenberg (existing) editor but couldn’t find the settings
# Also how do I change permalink (post url) with Gutenberg

Does the classic editor “plugin” (https://wordpress.org/plugins/classic-editor/) work, or are your referring to the classic editor option/layout that comes with wp as you pointed out?

You recommend using the default WordPress editor, Gutenberg.
