H-tag bug? Capitalize first letter is lowercase when …

I have an author who can’t seem to capitalize the first letter of her headlines and subheadlines, but I have another author who does.

I set up the newspaper pro theme (10.3.2) to capitalize the first letter in every word for H1-h4 tags to remedy this problem, but.

I noticed it’s not working properly for the author who does the work properly.

What was originally a ‘first letter capitalized H3’, becomes a first letter lower case H3.

And vice versa. The setting works properly for the person who doesn’t capitalize their letters.

Sometimes we copy and paste our content from google docs or word sometimes we write our posts from scratch, directly inside the WordPress editor.

Anyway, I’m not sure if this a bug, but it would save us all a lot of time if it just worked agnostically.

Okay I figured this one out. Operator error. All but the h3 was set properly in the theme settings.
