hello, when I create a post I always start with the title in H1 tag for SEO purposes. The title will then appear twice. Above the featured image (post title), and below (I manually write the title in H1 tag).
When I use block 4, it gives the introduction of the article next to the picture with the title already there. But then it shows the title again (with my H1 tag) as the first sentence, and it’s a little repetitive.
Should I continue to have the H1 title in the beginning or is it not really necessary since the title is above the picture anyways? For the user experience it’s better to not have it twice, but does it still help for SEO purposes?

I believe it is best to use only the post title field for the title, as this is already in h1 heading. There would be no need for a second h1 title inside the post – https://www.screencast.com/t/IYFTdfxg because it will just be part of the post content.
