H3 –> H1 tags

Hi Team,

i want to convert all H3 tags from home to page to H1 tags.
i am using many blocks ,is there any way we can do this only for the home page http://www.techiexpert.com

This is where the post title heading tags are defined in the theme

The modifications made there will affect all modules, not just the homepage.
