Hi
Try this guide and regenerate the thumbnails for all your images: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-fix-strange-thumbnails/ clear all caches and test again.
Thanks!
Hallo Andrei,
before proceding, could it be related to the general media settings that have changed after updating WP?
That is, if I go to settings > media
image thumb/media/large size are configured to 150×150; 300×300; 1024×1024 px.
Is this the right configuration? Should I leave it unchanged as it is?
Thank you
Hi
The settings > media section controls the individual images added in post/pages not the images displayed in blocks and modules. Those images/thumbs are generated by the theme and according with the layout a specific thumb will be displayed. The configuration you provided is right you can leave it like that, try regenerate the thumbs then test again.
Thanks!
Hi
I’ve checked your site and noticed that you’re not using Newsmag theme: http://screencast.com/t/v3Dlc3BkR7D – http://screencast.com/t/2fz2hCc7b9k
If this: http://www.powerize.it/ is not your site please provide your site’s url, otherwise I can’t help you.
Thanks!

Hi
I’ve test the slider on my side with the following configuration and works fine: http://screencast.com/t/7GROeTyyPO – http://pastebin.com/PpPx7aaK – http://screencast.com/t/UlZZPuLq Please make sure that you’re using a full width layout in VC (no sidebar) and set the sidebar from Visual Composer pagebuilder like in above example, also clear all caches, deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer and test again.
Thanks!
