Is there a way to disable the built in hamburger menu of the theme and use ShiftNav instead.

Hello firetoss,

Unfortunately, this kind of plugin is not tested with our theme and we have not idea about the theme behaviour with this plugin, sorry. You should try to instal it on your side and see how it works for you. Please notice that we have a list with tested plugins like this -> http://screencast.com/t/QuMzIjuW which the theme works fine and also we cannot provide support for untested plugins. If you want to change the code where the menu is generated, you have to alter the code from these files -> menu-mobile.php and header-menu.php. -> http://screencast.com/t/5aNvKGFvrA -> http://screencast.com/t/xatfi0Js
If you want to display more levels in our theme and you are not aware the steps in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to implement this functionality for you because we cannot provide custom services at the moment, sorry!
