Has anyone successfully implemented custom ads?

hey, if anyone managed to make this theme work with other ad networks (or plugins) please let me know.

I’m specifically interested in these two:
AdSanity
OIO Publisher

but any other WP plugin would do:
AdRotate
Ad Inserter
Advanced Ads – Ad Manager & AdSense
Ad Inserter – Ad Manager & AdSense Ads
