– For excerpt, my paragraphs are in Japanese. I cannot adjust the length. When I put number 1, there’s no excerpt. Number 1.5 is not working and number 2 is still in long excerpt.
For excerpt length, because this category has only 3 posts, maybe that’s why the excerpt length looks like that? However, for another category of the same layout block that has more than 5 posts, the excerpt length looks ok.

Please change the excerpt type to letters https://prnt.sc/udm0nj then try again. In some languages words cannot be detected correctly, it should better with letters.
