hello, can anybody help me why my main menu bar functions “always sticky – always on top”. It doesn’t work with my homepage

I do not quite understand the problem, the option for “always sticky” -> https://i.imgur.com/3jVkmHy.png from menu is not apply on homepage ? if is so, please provide me a link where I can inspect the situation, in this way I will be able to provide a solution.
