Would it be possible to have the same slide or a parameter that I do not know to take the full width of the site?

The sliders used in demos are provided with in theme package – http://prntscr.com/n6c1lj
So you could import it, configure it and use it in the desired page.
Or you could use the slide element – https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/ios-slider/
Starting with theme version 9.1 the slide can now be set in full width.
