Is this with the new version 10.4?

Post count: 17

Yes, latest

Post count: 124

Yeah, this first picture matches a problem I had. I reverted back to 10.3.9.1 as I was unable to fix it.

Have you cleared your web browser cache and also any cache inside WordPress?

We have same problem after update…

Post count: 17

Yes, cleared web browser cache, still same issue. Do you know how to fix it?

Hello,

Did you use tagDiv CSS Analyzer? if yes, then please remove Generated CSS => https://www.screencast.com/t/eQXchySxtxE, to solve the problem for social networks, and if those pages are category/tag pages and are empty (there aren’t posts in category/tag), then is it a problem (our developers are working to provide a fix for this problem), but if you have posts in those pages it should not be a problem.

Thank you for your understanding!

When do you expect to have 10.4.1 out then? I really like the slimmer setup for 10.4, but the bugs need to go first 🙂

I clicked yesterday on tagDiv CSS Analyzer from the top bar, It is a new option and I did not use before, so I did not know what its use for. I did not understand this feature can generate such a bad issue.
I have removed Generated CSS but still having the same issue. Here you can see still the issue https://www.samoyiki.com/author/arif/

How to fix it?

Hello,

Indeed it was a problem, but now is fixed, and you need to deactivate the tagDiv Composer plugin, delete and re-install it again from Newspaper plugins => https://www.screencast.com/t/WLy01lbc

Thank you for understanding!

I am having this same issue with my headers on particular pages. I had not used the CSS Analyzer (I’m trying it now) and I did what you recommended above and deleted and reinstalled TagDiv composer, but the problem persists.
Thanks

Hello @cheryldimof,

Please provide more information about your issue and screenshots with the header before and after.
Also, include a link to your website.

Thank you!

The issue I was having was similar to that of other people — a header with unstyled content. It started out initially on all pages, but then the issue was fixed after reinstalling the composer plugin. After that it persisted on a few pages — and they were all pages associated with a particular plugin. After consideration, I’ve stopped using that plugin as it tended to be constantly problematic. So, for now, the issue seems to be fixed. I’ll come back with a screenshot if I encounter it again.
Thanks

OK,
The issue is still occurring — but now only on The Events Calendar post types. Like on this page:

https://www.pnwbeyond.com/event/washington-state-fair-spring-fair/2021-04-07/

Here is what I am seeing:

https://www.pnwbeyond.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/screenshot-www.pnwbeyond.com-2021.04.05-12_30_22.png

I have tried:
-reinstalling TagDiv Cloud Library and TD Composer.
-Creating and setting a new header
-switching to the base Newspaper theme away from my child theme
-Disabling all optimization and disabling any and all optimization and caching plugins.
-Clearing all caches.

This has only been occurring since the most recent Newspaper update. I am using Cloud Library, not TD Standard Pack.

Thanks

OK, the issue on events seems to be solved. But I had to do it by switching out my single event template (the default page.php), which was working fine before the update. But with the template update, headers are displaying correctly again.
Thanks

Hello @cheryldimof,

I understand that you managed to solve your problem, right?

Have a nice day!

I having a similar issue in searches without results and with categories without posts. Anamaria do you know anything else about this problem? Is there any other way to fix it than uninstalling the plugin and reinstalling it? Isn’t it risky to uninstall the plugin?

Post count: 21065

Hello @fespinal!

Edit that page with TagDiv Composer, click on that element and verify if the offset field is clear and let it empty with no space, no value.
Related to the plugin, you can uninstall and reinstall a plugin without no worries. For your peace, you can make a full backup, so you can be 100% sure that you won’t face any error.

Thank you!

I’m not sure if I was clear with explanation. Two search links to illustrate the issue:

(normal) https://blog.cristianismeijusticia.net/?s=cine
(unstyled) https://blog.cristianismeijusticia.net/?s=jhgjghhg

I can’t see how edit that page. Search results are dynamic.

Hello @fespinal!

Please check if you have active and you use the tagdiv CSS Analyzer, click on “Remove generated CSS” and see the results.
If the problem is not solved after that, please start looking for a plugin conflict.

Thank you!
