I’m having problems with social counter.
Social counter can not receive the informations from Facebook page despite the Facebook id is correct (I tried several times even following your tutorial )
The page has 2400 followers but the counter shows 0 .

Please ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme (Newspaper 7.3) with the latest version of the Social Counter 4.1 and Visual Composer 4.12. Also, please make sure that you will have right followed all the steps which are presented in our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-social-counter-tutorial-2/ Clear all your caches and test it again.

I have the same problem with all social media accounts. It doesnt count correctly although I have taken all the necessary steps.
