Great theme I really do love it but I’m having trouble figuring out 4 things.
1) The search function just doesn’t work, when I try to search something it just freezes the site.
2) Non-TagDiv widgets cannot be used. When I activate a non-TagDiv widget and put it in a sidebar for some reason it duplicates it and then I have 2 of the same widget.
3) I have tried and tried but cannot get the number of ‘fans’ on the Facebook social counter to work. It says 0 fans. I have the correct App ID, secret key etc…
4) I have created a mega menu using a page ID like you have in the default demo version (under the ‘Travel’ tab) but the vertical dividers between the 3 columns that the page is divided into are broken and it looks a mess. This only happens when the page is viewed as the mega menu, when you visit the actual page it is formatted correctly.

1)Increase the system status memory according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
2), 3)Please update the theme to the latest version of it because in that version was resolved this problem with Social Counter and the App Id and Secret ID are no longer needed. Update it via FTP way, clear all the caches and check the results.
4)You should provide some useful screenshots with this problem so I can identify it at your website URL.

Thanks for getting back to me.
Ok so I’ve increased the system status memory which has solved problem 1.
For problem 2 & 3 where do I download the updated theme? On theme forrest the latest version was updated on 18th April 2018 and since I only downloaded the theme last week it appears I am on the latest version. It says version 4.3 in system status, is that correct?

Yes, the latest version of the theme is Newsmag 4.3. Ensure that installing has been made via FTP way, clear all the caches and check the results.
As a hint, try to install the Newsmag Travel demo and check the functionality of mega menu and try to replicate it on your website.

I have installed it via FTP (since my WordPress doesn’t allow me up directly upload such a large file) but the problem is still here.
Also the problem with the search function is happening again, it just freezes the site, please direct me on how I can fix it.
Is there no way to make the mega menu work on the demo I am using? Because I have spent hours customising it and to just change it now would be extremely annoying since I love everything how it is now except the mega menu.
