Hello. We are having trouble with our ads we have setup. For some reason the theme seems to be resizing the ads.
The below page holds a leaderboard ad at the top of the page, which is supposed to be 728×90, but for some reason is shrinking:

Can you tell me if the theme may be resizing the ads?
Our iframe for the ad seems to have the right size in the code and we checked our ad company, trafficspaces.com so we are led to believe it is the theme resizing the ads. This ad is NOT a google Ad Sense ad, if that helps.
Can you tell us what this may be or how it may be happening?
Thank you for your help.
Hi,
I have checked your site but the ad seems to be fine: http://screencast.com/t/BIUgDp57Dk
The ad is not shrinking. It will shrink however if you add it inside the content besides the sidebar as the content is only 696px wide.
Thank you!
Hello. For some reason it worked when we used a different embed code. When we used the iframe provided by Traffic Spaces it did not work but when I used the image embed code it worked. Very strange.
Thanks for the help.
Hello thomash,
I have tested on my side with your header ad and the results it is the same. Please notice that this is the default theme behaviour for ads, as you can see here -> http://screencast.com/t/ggK52Bb4di
If is not what you mean and if you refer to something else, please provide more details so I will be able to provide a more accurate response.
For more information about ads, please check our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/header-ads-adsense/
Thanks for your understanding!
Catalin,
I think we figured it out.
For some reason it resized them when we used the “iframe” code.
Instead we used the image embed code and those were showing correctly.
Thanks for the help.
