Header ad in style 5 / CDN

I’m using, or at least trying, to use header style 5. In the documentation there’s a ad displayed below, but in my setup it doesn’t appears. I think I’m looking for this but then for NewsMag.

Second question is about the usage of a CDN. I’m using MaxCDN, but it only works if I exclude the style.css. Otherwise all the icons aren’t displayed at all, is there another workaround for that?

For the CDN, you can try to setup a CORS file setting for the fonts to allow the icons font to be loaded off the origin domain; see the CDN for info about setting up a CORS setting.
