Today, i have noted one more thing that adsense ads causing problem as to ads height not only on its placement in header but also in places like in-article ads, footer ads.

Hi,
Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict with untested plugins, please deactivate all plugins and child theme ( if you are using ) and let only the tagDiv Composer , clear all cache, deactivate the cache plugin and try again.
Also please check the options from Google AdSense account, like this one for example http://prntscr.com/nc11h0
If there is still a problem, please provide me a link and some more details and screenshots with the problem you are facing.
