Header ad doesn't display to its full width

I dont have mobile theme and amp plugin installed on my newspaper theme. Whenever i open any of my post, adsense ad on header doesn’t show to its full height.
It doesn’t happen everytime but most of the time i face this issue. Plz help..

Hello !

Due to Adsense’s new reglementation you will have to disable the optimize option from Google Adsense Account. Take a look here: https://prnt.sc/nc11h0

I disabled the optimization ads size but it did not help me. Also i deactivated the plugins except tagdiv composer, cleared browser cache, no cache pulgin activated but results are same. Please suggest..
