Hi, I am having trouble trying to get me custom header ad to display on my site.
Even on your demo, the header ad doesn’t display: http://demo.tagdiv.com/newsmag_video/
I have not amended the code that came as the default settings after importing the demo content:

Please advise a solution for this? Thank you.

The header ad appear on our live demo as you can see – http://screencast.com/t/L1rh38QzdPB5 So please make sure that it is not a caching issue and provide also you site url so we can take a closer look.

The problem seems to only occur on google chrome browser on desktop PC. Could you check again on your end with chrome?
Also due to the nature of the site I cannot allow access to it in public, can I send you a temporary login access to the backend for you to check? Do provide me with your email address thank you.
