We use WP Advertising Pro to run our advertising system. The plugin uses shortcodes, which we place within an adzone, for example the header, or the sidebar. This shortcode allows ads to rotate.
Unfortunately, when we place the shortcode in the theme panel for each ad section, it work for every space except the header. When the shortcode is placed in the header, it will quickly flash the ad, but then the ad will disappear, never to come back.
Right now we are using an iFrame to run the ad in the header, but this has other problems related to tracking, so we cannot use the iFrame.

Unfortunately, please notice that our theme has not been tested with this type of plugins and also, we cannot say for sure if it will work or not with our product, sorry!
