my header ad is misaligned, can you advise how I can get it properly centered without affecting the logo?

Hi,

Please use this custom CSS, add it in Theme Panel > Custom CSS:

.td-header-style-1 .td-g-rec-id-header .adsbygoogle {
top: 5px !important;  
}
