Header Ad Not Clickable

Hi Support,

I placed google adsense code in the header section under Theme Panel>>Ads and the image appears to fit in the header ad section however it is not clickable. The sidebar ads are working perfect and are clickable.

Kindly assist.

Hi mkay,

I have inspected your site and found that this is not an adsesne ad code: http://screencast.com/t/0CGh7fYnN so I believe it could happen due to your ad code.
Please try to use a wp-text widget to place your ad code and check if you get the same result.
You can also try a plugin to manage ads, like AdRotate or similar then add plugin’s shortcode into the header ad spot in theme panel.
