Hi!
Can you help me identify why the header title doesn’t show on desktop? It seems that the title gets covered by the ad after loading. Please check the following screenshots:
Also, I’ve noticed that the ad behavior changed since the WordPress/theme update. It used to be one of the first elements to load on the page. Now it’s loading after the content, causing a significant layout shift. Is there something we can do to make it load before the content?
Hello !
Please provide a link to your website in order to take a look.
You will have to first start looking for a plugin conflict. please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Also you can try and remove and re-install the tagDiv Composer plugin and please send us a link to your website in order to take a look.
Let us know the results.
Thank you !
Hello, Vlad!
The mentioned behavior only occurs on desktop pages, ok?
Thanks!
Apart from the title being covered on the desktop ad, it’s also appearing on our mobile home page, even though there’s no ad set for mobile screens, only AMP ads. Our home page is not AMP.

Regarding the title being shown on our mobile homepage, there’s a title placeholder which can’t be edited/removed when customizing the template: https://nimb.ws/b5tdLN
Hello!
The issue can be from a plugin conflict, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache(also from your browser) and try again.
If this problem is not solved after that, then we need to take a look and see what happened there.
Please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide the following:
– admin url and credentials
– a link to this topic in order to identify you
Our team will take a look!
Thank you!
