I created two Header Ad Boxes placed them:
One top of Most Popular articles/posts and the other top of Must Read and set my Header ad to size 970×250 (the same size for my Top Header ad.
My top header ad displays a 970×250 size but not the above 2 ads (the one top of Most Popular and one top Must Read).
1. Why not?
2. How do I correct for both ads to display a 970×250?

All 3 ads display in 970x 250. Your problem is probably the misalignment. The top one is aligned center while the other 2 are aligned left. The size is the same. Here are your 3 ads close to one another. Ass you can see the size is the same: https://www.screencast.com/t/lAQ9OpaPOLLO

I;m not sure why your ads keep changing. How are you implementing them?
