I can´t save banner pic in my header ads!!

I want to include a file .gif animate

Not a Google AdSense!!! a image gif or jpg

Please help me!!!

If you want using other ads, you should check the following documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-using-other-ads/ and also, if you cannot change anything, you should check your system status parameters to be increased according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Clear all the caches and check the results.
