Greetings,
None of our logos are appearing on our site.
Our servers are on https and we have to use a plugin to “force” it on the site.
Most of our post images are fine but the header and footer is blank. I have deleted and uploaded the png logos several times to no avail.
We already lost 6 articles in the process and we are unable to do anything until this logo issue is fixed. Please help.
You don’t have these files (png logos) on your server:
https://thesantosrepublic.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/02/TSR-NEWS-header-logo-1139×164-1024×147.png
Try uploading them manually via ftp.
I went to our ftp and found these same issues we had in the past whenever we upload anything on the theme panel. the image URL never uploads it the way it is, it adds different stuff on it:
TSR-NEWS-header-logo-1139×164-100×70.png
3.9 KB Yesterday 5:07 AM image/x-generic 0640
Meaning, when I upload TSR-NEWS-header-logo-1139×164.png, it comes out like this: TSR-NEWS-header-logo-1139×164-100×70.png.
I took a screenshot of our ftp and this is how our logos were uploading: https://www.photobox.co.uk/slideshow?album_id=4712650461.
Furthermore, I didn’t upload that many times. There is something wrong. Our WP is 4.7.2.
When I upload TSR-NEWS-header-logo-1139×164.png, it comes out like this: TSR-NEWS-header-logo-1139×164-100×70.png and so on like you see on the screenshot. Plus NOTHING shows up on our site.
Hello femprez,
I suspect this issue coming from your system status. Most likely, you PHP memory is exhausted and that’s why you cannot upload files. Please check deeper your system status and you should increase the parameters from there according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello femprez,
You should try to make a new clean install from scratch via FTP way, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins. I do not know what settings you made, sorry! Probably you break the site. Make a full backup to your database and make a new clean install from scratch.
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!
Thanks for the message!
