Header and footer not going full width

Hey there –

I was messing around in my theme settings making all my colors correct and I cannot figure out what I changed, but my top nav, main nav, footer, and sub footer are no longer full width. They are only the width of the core middle section of the site.

Any idea what I did that would make this happen and how to get it back to full width?
