I’ve set header ad sample on the stem, then the only header ad has been shown twice. One is the right header position, but another one coming at middle of center position on the home page. Will you help, please? Other ads properties have been figuring out correct.

I’m not sure how it could be added like that, my guess is that somehow you’ve added it to the page via page builder.
I suggest you go trough your page settings/configurations and see if you can’t find the reasons for this.
Please let me know and if you still can’t manage to get this done please use http://pastebin.com/ and send your page content so we can check it.

I sent my home page content. I checked my page settings/configurations, but nothing wrong. I’ve just copied and pasted your ad sample code into theme panel/ads field.
Unfortunately, your CSS didn’t work. Still the duplicated header ad has been on the home page.

However it didn’t work on my home page. I don’t know why. I didn’t put the 2nd ad banner by myself.

I could solve it by myself. The reason is that added wrong nested column set on page editor.
