We are facing problems with our site in the sense that the header background isn’t being displayed properly.
When selecting an image for the background it gets stretched more than the header box. is there a particular resolution that the image needs to have?

The background image should be the same as the header in terms of width. Unless maybe it is stretched in the theme panel

Also note that force full width is set to no stretch and i have also tried setting the background image size to all available sizes(auto, full width, full hight…)
A common mistake when setting a background header image is that users select a thumbnail of the image, not the full size

I believe that is the case here, that’s why the image looks like that. Please check it.
