Seems like changing header color in theme panel doesn’t work properly. On my website http://dev.mega-media.hr/, which I created all by myself(no demos installed), I can’t change header background color. When I change it in theme panel it only works on few header styles. On example if I choose header “style 9”, by default background is white(or transparent). If I change it to red in Theme colors tab it works. But if I do same process on some other styles it’s doesnt change. If I choose header “style 12”, by default background is blue and I can’t change it to any other color.

The header background works on all styles but you do not have a header ad to see it on the templates you mention. The background in header style 12 (the top one) is grabbed from the theme accent color.
