Hello,
I have the header banner placed in my header below the menu, on the cloud template ( I am using default NewsPro ). The banner works perfect on desktop, but when resizing to mobile/responsibe it disappears. I tried on the cloud template to click on the mobile view to place it below the meu or even before the content but make nothing, it doesn’t appear on responsive.
What I am doing wrong?

Here same but in the mobile view .. you see that the header banner spot has dissapeared:

If I add the header banner spot again on the mobile view, it still doesn’t work in mobile view ( no banner), but it appears duplicated in the desktop view:

You are using a header template, from tagDiv Cloud Library, this can be edited with tagDiv Composer, also the ads can be set from theme panel => https://i.imgur.com/JhWOrQO.png or can be set directly in ad box -> https://i.imgur.com/NhXTJCS.png
Please make sure that you ads is set for desktop and mobile too -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/custom-ad-spots/ also using this code -> https://i.imgur.com/RBCUQBe.png your ads should be display on all devices, or you can use individual ads for devices -> https://i.imgur.com/fpHxJL5.png -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/using-other-ads-non-adsense-ads/
