When I resize the page, the header changes to the default and I’m not sure how to change it. How do I?

When resized, that is also what you see on mobile.

Hello!
I checked your website and it seems fine to me than in your video. After you resize the website under certain screen sizes it will appear mobile version of your website. In your video which you provide us it’s show the bar from WordPress gets distorted because it has too many elements, which means that is not responsive.
