header color

Hi,

Can you help me to make my header to be always red, not first white and then is going red. You can see on the pic here> http://postimg.org/image/5o35gpki5/

When you first visit site http://aktuelno24.mk/, the header is first white and after small time is changing in the color red, that i put to be for header in theme options.

In edit themes in Newspaper: Stylesheet (style.css) i changed this>
