Header for Portrait Viewport does not edit

Hello,
I am attempting to edit the header in Portrait Viewport mode https://vypeplus.com/ but none of my changes will save. If it helps, I’m happy to use the menu I created for Phone Viewport if possible.

Normally, if you made the changes in tagDiv Composer and the massages that the header was saved is displayed then it should be ok – https://i.imgur.com/MkVlIrB.png

As you can see by the screenshot, the changes save on the published side but not the editing side, which makes editing difficult.https://imgur.com/a/CtJevcO

Please provide a video with your steps; please make sure that you edit the row to set the background color.
