Please notice that the active menu is only for normal menu and sub-menu, this will not apply on mega menu, sorry!

You want to have an hover effect on menu text too ? if is so, then you can use a header template from tagDiv Cloud Library and edit it with the tagDiv Composer or you can use a custom css.
If this is not what you mean, please provide some more details.
