Header Issues

I’m using TD Composer. In the header I’m creating there’s a background image in a row. Then, in that row I’ve placed inner rows that contain text.

This header with the background image and text in the inner rows looks good in a desktop display. But, when the screen narrows for mobile devices, the text disappears. There’s not much text at all. Six words and that have 36 characters in total.

How can I make this work for mobile devices while having the text remain visible and in the proper location?

This should be really really simple to do. The TD Composer is a nightmare to work with setting up text locations and spacing in inner rows. In editing mode, what appears on the screen is not how it will display on a webpage. Way too much trial and error and adjustments required.

I’m just about ready to dump this theme.

Hi,

Please note that the settings made with tagDiv Composer should look the same on you pages and posts, these will look different only if you have a plugin conflict.
Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

Also for the header situation, please check how this is look per each viewport -> https://i.imgur.com/nI008cn.png and adjust it after your needs -> https://i.imgur.com/KXAkNAW.png

If I do not understand correctly what do you mean, please provide some more details, some screenshots or a link where I can check these problems.

Thank you for your understanding!

The only plugins activated are AMP and Yoast.

Here’s what the header image and text looks like in TD Composer https://imgur.com/a/zWrtEYE When it’s saved and viewed in desktop https://imgur.com/a/UfjLW2Q

Shouldn’t these look the same? To have the saved and viewed header look correctly, I have to adjust things in TD Composer that make it look strange.

Then, here’s the header in a mobile width. https://imgur.com/a/PL7QH5f The text gets pushed off the page.

What am I doing wrong in both of these cases?

All I want is a header image with text that appears properly in desktop display and in mobile (phone) display. That capability is very common in nearly all themes today. I assume you have that.

How can this be done?

I should clarify, the only plugins other than Tagdiv plugins are AMP and Yoast.
