For my site http://pavlikeni.com, I have logo and ad sizes that are different than the ones you have set in the template. I assume other clients of yours are in the same situation.
Every time you release an update I have to make sure the custom CSS code can offset your preset sizes for the logo and the ad in the header.
If you load my site, you will see that my logo and ad first appear the way you have set their sizes to be and after a split second they resize to the custom size I have specified in the custom CSS area.
I think it would be great if you include more userfriendly way of managing the issue. I bet not all of your clients are programmers, who can take care of things on their own.
Can you please comment on this (especially the resizing upon loading my page) and plan to fix for your next release?

That delay is caused because the custom css from theme panel is loaded after theme’s main css. This is not an issue from the theme, we decided that way becasue the css is applied in cascade and the last code loaded makes the final layout is more precis the the previews code.
The “fix” would be to paste the custom css directly in style.css file: http://screencast.com/t/LPC0LV5h
