Header logo problem

Hi,

First, I’m learning Newspaper X, using your Beauty Pro template. I’ve added our company logo in the space where you use the “Myriad” logo (top left). However, our logo is displayed to the left of the margin, even though I select “center” for horizontal alignment. What is it that I seem to overlook?
Second, I would like to have the column where the logo goes to have a white background. So , I chose #ffffff as the background colour for that row. But it is only white for the height of the logo, not for the entire column. What should I do here?

Cheers,
Martin.

Hi,

If you make the changes with tagDiv Composer as in my example, then the logo should be set center -> https://i.imgur.com/msyCkyl.jpg

Also for the white background color on column can be set like this -> https://i.imgur.com/sxrLkoS.png (this will apply on on that column width).

Thank you!

Hi,

Concerning logo alignment, that’s what I did, but our logo is too big. Uploading a smaller version gave it a centered position. However, I managed to center the larger logo by adding values for the horizontal margins in css.

About the second question. If you look at https://seashore.nl/nieuw/homepage-test2/, you see that the space above and under the logo does not have a white background. What I want is that the entire box where the logo sits has a white background. Is that possible? Or does it require to add white space in the logo itself?

Thanks,
Martin.

UPDATE: I gave the logo white space above and under, and that’s what does it. Problem solved now.

Thanks!

Martin.
