Header > Main Menu > Make Constant Size

How to make it constant size. I want main menu to be 22px in ALWAYS STICKY mode. I went to THEME PANEL > THEME FONTS > HEADER and all parameters in LINE HEIGHT set on 22px. When loading page the main menu is good at 22px, but when I scroll down and sticky menu pops it is not 22px. Please help someone 🙂
