Header manager not showing

Hello!

The theme was updated to version 9.5, but new Header manager cannot be seen.

This is my website:

Those are the header settings in the admin panel, if relevant:

Hi,

The header builder/manager requires the cloud library plugin to be active. If this plugin is not active there will be no header builder elements in the composer or header manager button option in the composer
