Since last week I have my site live with your Newspaper template. I like it so far!
Still I have a problem with the header and the header image. The site is pctipvandedag.nl.
When you open the site you will see the header menu become a bigger size for a second and then it will become small again. This movement is very disturbing. You get it with every page you load.
In addition, I have placed a logo. I would like to show this in the original size. The width is on auto, but he still reduces it.

Make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

If you are already using a cache plugin and it works fine then you do not need but we do recommend WP Super Cache. Just keep in mind to not have 2 cache plugins at once.
Your logo looks ok on our side: https://www.screencast.com/t/2jlNGrFKpJed You will have to use some css in order to resize it bigger. That happens because of the layout of the header.
