Header menu not editable in Tag Div Composer

Hi,
after reading a post in order to increase the number of sub-categories in mega menu items, i’ve tried to edit the header in Tag Div Composer but header is not editable: i can’t any item menu with mouse hover on that element.
And by the way, i can’t se no header main menu item in the list of the elements such as in this screenshot https://www.screencast.com/t/55rpV0Y6Gsn

Can you help me?

First of all, ensure that you have correctly increased the system status parameters according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ If the problem persists, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can further investigate it closer your setup page. Hi,
after two month we checked the system status and it look to work fine.
We built the page with wpbakery and hope it doesn’t cause this error.

i’m sending you login access so you can check the issue.
