Header page disappeared, but when I view it in the dashboard I can see it

I get the following error when viewing my page, but when I view it in the dashboard I can see it, what could br the problem?

Ooops… Error 404

Please go to the WordPress permalink settings and click Save changes

The clear any installed caching and check if the issue is resolved.
