Header row large height

Hi,

I am reworking my header to make better use of the space. On the live site I would like to replace the first text area (https://theravemachine.com/) to a column text breadcrumb area but this doubles the line height and I can not find the height setting to make it as per the current live site. Can you help me?

Also in edit view the login link and social icons look great but on the web rendered version they appear in reverse order. Do you know what is causing this?
