Header space problems

I´m having problems with the load of the web related to the header. I have a header made with TagDiv Composer (using an editing a header theme template). The configuration of the row is “stretch row and 1400px context, so is enough to my computer screen as you can see in this image, the problem is that in the first step of the load show the header with more height and the search icon offset. Then when load all the header all is located right.

I think the problem is the button added, but as you can see there is enough space to set in the header. ¿Can you help me?

I have another issue with the header, I have the megamenu in one of the categories called “otras visitas”, but when I hover to see the megamenu it shows a white bar on the top of the megamenu box with the last subcategory I have in this example “Visitas Guiadas” ¿How can I avoid this? I don´t want to see this bar.
